God is a Spirit, and humans can only commune with God in their spirit. Because God made us in His image, the entirety of our life starts and ends in Him, that is why Jesus came to earth in order to restore the broken relationship between man and God that was lost at the fall. The building of your spirit as a woman is very essential so as to keep in touch with God and have victory over all issues of life. That is why when Jesus comes into your life, He first gives life to your Spirit. This is sustained by being in constant fellowship with Him through prayer and the Word of God.
